Founded in 1962, The English Language Centre, in Brighton, is a not-for-profit school with an international reputation for providing a wide range of quality English language courses, expert teaching and excellent student services.

ELC Brighton- Homestay Accommodation

Living in homestay accommodation provides you with the perfect opportunity to experience English life and to practise using your English in everyday situations. All our homestays are carefully selected by our Accommodation Department who understand the needs of students from other countries.

All ELC Brighton homestays are carefully selected by our Accommodation Department who understand the needs of students from other countries. Homestay provides a friendly, safe and homely environment. Unaccompanied students aged under 18 must choose homestay accommodation (single room, half-board).

On the first evening of each course there is a social evening to give new students a chance to get to know each other and to meet other students already at ELC Brighton.

 The English Language Centre is accredited by ISI (Independent School's Inspectorate) in order to have the necessary educational oversight to take students under Tier 4 of the Points-Based sytem.
